CHIEF COMPLAINT- Whitish discoloration of skin over right upper back

Initial Condition

The patient had whitish discoloration over her upper back for three years. She had taken conventional treatment but found no relief. Due to this skin complaint, she became embarrassed, as her whitish patch was increasing in size, causing her significant concern.

Subsequent Condition

Upon examination, the doctor informed the patient that she had developed Vitiligo. The doctor recommended dietary regulations and prescribed specific medications to be taken regularly, instructing the patient to make necessary adjustments to her diet. Follow-up visits were scheduled every eight days (or eight weeks, if ‘days’ was a typo for a longer interval).

She took the treatment for the next six months, and her whitish discoloration resolved to normal skin. She genuinely thanked the doctors and the staff from the bottom of her heart.
