Ravindra Shinganapurkar is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Management Science and brings over 32 years of experience in Production, HR, and R&D at Bajaj Auto Limited. He currently runs a Product Design Consultancy and is a Partner in a Special Purpose Machine Designing and Manufacturing unit.

His dedication to social service dates back to his college days, where he was General Secretary. Since 1987, he has been actively involved in DIPEX, a state-level exhibition cum competition, and has led various relief and community service initiatives such as the Killari earthquake relief, COVID-19 pandemic support, and cultural programs like Asha Bhosle Sangeet Rajani.

Currently, he serves as the Secretary of Swanand Jankalyan Pratishthan and a Chancellor Nominee, Management Council Member at Savitribai Phule Pune University, furthering his commitment to education and community development.
